Thank for visiting my practice website. I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist with over 30 years experience. I work with adult and late adolescent individuals. My practice is currently closed to any new additions to my caseload.
In addition to my clinical practice, I teach behavioral science to medical trainees in family medicine at the Stanford/O’Connor Family Medicine Residency Program, an affiliate of the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Stanford; and write on mindfulness and other medical topics. I approach patient care by not only addressing vulnerabilities but also working with my patients to identify and build upon their strengths. The overarching goal is emotional resilience and a healthy, centered life.
